CONNECT BACK TO YOUR FEMININE NATURE. RESTORE YOUR VITALITY. FIND BALANCE.
Hi. I’m Sunny Koh. I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher and Occupational Therapist in training based in the East Bay of Northern California.
I’m passionate about offering space for deep connection back to nature, self, and others. I walked into my first yoga class 19 years ago, then spent 5 years training to hone in on my teaching, and since 2016, I have worked towards a comprehensive and holistic approach to overcoming barriers in gut, hormonal, and mental health disorders through Ayurvedic principles and nutrition.

Weaving Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga, creative prompts, Ayurvedic principles — including seasonal herbs, spices, and flowers — I offer up a space to experience or reconnect to your body’s innate feminine wisdom and ability to deeply health with the right support.
Rites + Rituals
Are you ready to reconnect to your innate feminine intuition through cycle syncing and establish sacred rituals and routines into your daily life?
Rites & Rituals Women’s Community
-
This intentional community is designed for ladies who are ready to join dialogue about conscious womanhood and alignment to the natural rhythms of the body + the earth. To be more considerate, the term Ladies loosely refers to female + women identifying individuals, chosen sisters, and of course, all fairies + witches are welcome
-
Our live video calls happen via zoom.
Every month, we gather online to talk about integrating Rites & Rituals + principles of cycle syncing, hormonal health, Ayurveda, Hatha/Yin yoga, ancient ceremonial practices during shifts like matrescence (motherhood)/perimeno/menopause.
-
Together, we will hold safe space, witness one another’s key moments of vulnerability, growth, reflection, + renewal, and deepen connection to the body, mind, + spirit.
If you’re interested in collaborating through a sponsored campaign, partnered workshop, retreat, giveaway, or any other related capacity, send me an email at sunnykyoga@gmail.com.
I would love to chat with you!
“The art of life is to stay wide open and be vulnerable, yet at the same time to sit with the mystery and the awe and with the unbearable pain—to just be with it all.”
